Matthew Walley and Heather Skow co-founded and lead Bloom Residential Group. With over 40 years combined real estate experience, they focus on building relationships and delivering concierge-level service.
Matthew Walley first stepped onto Hilton Head Island in 1970 as a four-year-old child and visited every year until relocating full-time in 2004. Matthew has first-hand knowledge of the changes the Lowcountry has seen in the last 50 years. From 2008 to 2017 Matthew served as a Team Leader and CEO for Keller Williams Realty International offices in Hilton Head, Charleston, Atlanta, Nashville, and South Africa. He returned to real estate sales on Hilton Head Island in 2018 to serve the market he loves and knows best.

Heather Skow has worked with top real estate teams across the country with an emphasis in luxury real estate. Heather is a member of Keller Williams Luxury International. Since 2010 she has been an influencer in the markets she has served. Heather has in-depth professional experience analyzing markets, understanding market trends, and negotiating transactions, contributing to outstanding results. She has consistently sold homes at an average of 99% of list price.
Heather is passionate about helping her clients meet their goals and dreams as well as coaching, training, and mentoring other agents to fulfill their goals. Heather brings drive, desire for learning, honesty, integrity, respectful communication, and kindness to her clients.
